Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant consumers a voluntary right to return goods within 30 days of receiving them.

To exercise the voluntary return policy, notify us within these 30 days by email at lalanoscosmetics@outlook.de and return the goods complete, preferably in their original packaging, and in a condition that has not been used beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functionality. For sealed hygiene and personal care items, the voluntary return policy requires the seal to be undamaged.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the eligible purchase price using the payment method originally used.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty and defect rights remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy.

Withdrawal Instructions and Model Withdrawal Form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hamid Erol, Hamid Erol, Speckestraße 24, 44357 Dortmund, Germany, Tel.: 01731559070, email: lalanoscosmetics@outlook.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
